Items that need a conversation first

Do not ship without explicit clearance

Firearms, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances, and goods prohibited by applicable import or transport rules cannot be treated as ordinary parcels.

Restrictions depend on the item and route.

This is general shipping guidance, not an exhaustive legal list. The carrier and relevant authorities decide whether an item may travel and what documentation it requires. Describe your item and request confirmation from the team.
